Kegel Kounter has a flexible routine editor coupled with an equally adaptable scheduler to handle your every Kegel/PC muscle exercising needs. There is a vibrate feature, for added even more convenience.

NOTE: Vibration is only to alert you that the action has changed or the schedule has loaded. It has been suggested that the vibration should indicate how long to hold/when to spasm, it is your choice. I tend to change how fast/slow I spasm.

Routines are made up of actions performed for a time and repeated. Kegel Kounter is designed to be flexible so that you can customize your exercises to your needs. There are usually 2 actions per 'rep' (an Action and Relax), but you can build a 'rep' with as many or as few actions as you want. The choice is completely yours.

Scheduling is just as flexible and again puts you in control. You can perform the scheduled events once per day, or more, just specify the start, stop, and time between as needed/desired. In addition, you can specify which days to schedule. Just check the days you want, and Kegel Kounter will do the rest! As an option, since we don't all have the same weekends (well most of us do, but not all), you can define which days of the week are your weekend.

The colors are chosen so that the color impaired aren't left guessing.

Instructions / Assistance are in the application, and when you no longer need them, you can hide them.
